Q: Who runs SLAYDARAVE?
A: My name is Kory :) this is a one-person small business so please be patient. IG:@koryowleyes 

Q: Where are you located?
A: I am based in Laredo, Texas.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.

Q: Do you do customs?
A: Yes, but customs are currently closed. Follow @slaydarave on on Instagram/Twitter to find out when they open back up.

Q: Are chokers and necklaces adjustable?
A: All chains have extra links to make them shorter or longer. Most of them are adjustable up to 17 inches but please read the product description. 

 

Q: Are the chains in the sets all connected? 
A: If it’s a set of 3 chains usually the bottom two chains are connected. They can always be made to be single chains, just make sure to include it on the order notes at check out.

Q: What are your chains made of?
A: Chains are either stainless steel, silver plated, or zinc alloy.

Shipping prices depend on weight of products.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.

NOTICE:
Once your order has shipped I am not responsible for the package, please make sure to double check your address and email are correct to avoid delays.

If for any reason you enter your address incorrectly, please email me immediately to make the correction. If package is sent out and package is returned due to wrong address you will have to pay the reshipping fee. 

I am not responsible for any damages or theft once the package is sent out.
